I am selling all products in U.S Dollars ($). However, the plugin says “Australian Dollars ($)”. Can I ignore the message on the plugin?

I am selling all products in U.S Dollars ($). However, the plugin says “Australian Dollars ($)”. Can I ignore the message on the plugin?

Australian Post API and our WooCommerce Australia Post shipping plugin return rates in Australian dollars.

If you are not using any currency convention plugin, we would suggest you use our price adjustment option, so that you can enter an amount or percentage value to shipping service.

Let’s say 1 AUD= 0.75 USD.

You can enter this amount in the price adjustment field to return the rates in USD ($).

Once you are comfortable with the rates, you can ignore the message.

Customer:

Essentially, I just ignored the message as the data is passed through without currency conversion.

I only need to make adjustments to make up the exchange rate differences manually.

The downside is, I can’t use this plugin for multi-currency setup, right?

ELEX Support:

You can ignore the message and make the price adjustment manually for the exchange rate.

Also, if you are using any multi-currency plugin, it will take care of multi-currency setup and conversion.

Customer:

One last question.

In the plugin setup, if method availability is set to “All countries”, is “All countries” retrieved from Australia Post or from Woocommerce setup?

Yes, all countries are retrieved from WooCommerce setup.
