I wanted to know that is the product’s weight and dimensions necessary for your WooCommerce DHL plugin to work?

My shipping method disappears sometimes on some products, why so?

ELEX Support:

The DHL API calculates rates on the basis of the product’s dimension and weight. Hence, it’s mandatory to provide product dimension and weight.

For products in the cart for which the DHL shipping methods do not show up, we would request to check whether you have assigned dimension and weight for them.
