My business heavily relies on my payment processors to function EVERY TIME someone wants to buy a product. These plug-ins are always up to date with the latest WooCommerce and WordPress platforms. I never have issues with payments. I do not have to worry. The technical support is fast, reliable and very available. Great product. Easy to use and setup.

Hi My checkout is not working, I can login to Amazon but then it gives internal server error when I try to pay. I think the reason could be I have one more item of setup to do. However the following section of your documentation makes no sense at all: "HTTPS: ... You need to generate Login with App Client ID in Seller Portal. Under your Login with Amazon app -> Web Settings [” Allowed JavaScript Origins “], paste the URL of the secured site." Please explain excatly where and how I do this? What is the "login with Amazon" app?? Can I do this from the Amazon website instead? I have searched all through it but found no mention of this setting. Please help!

I have the plugin installed and it will allow a customer to checkout, however, it will not allow you to select other addresses or payment methods from your Amazon account. I can see payment method 1 of 2, but the arrows don't change to the second. Same on addresses. You can see an orange circle turning behind those fields, but it never loads any more info. Please advise.

Hi Doug, On analysing this, we found that the amazon widget's javascript was blocked by the browser. The reason is - It is not a valid javascript return. To solve this, you need to login to your Amazon seller account. There, below the web settings, you need to add the javascript origin as well as return URL. Origin URL - Your website URL (For ex - Return URL - Checkout URL (For ex - You can refer the screenshot here - Once you make these changes, the problem will be resolved. Please let us know if you have any query on this.
