ELEX USPS Shipping Plugin Basic Troubleshooting

I installed it & it’s not working. Can I have some help? It doesn’t calculate the exact amount? No matter what address in the world I place the order in, I have the same shipping cost.

We hope you were successful in setting up the USPS plugin. For any help on the setup of the plugin, you can refer the article.
Once you are done, if you have any problem with the shipping services or rates, kindly do the following:
1. Enable the debug option from the settings tab and try debugging the transaction by analyzing the request and response. For more information on debugging, kindly go through our article.
2. To compare the rates with the rates returned from USPS, kindly go to USPS calculator and calculate the rate.
On performing these things, if the problem persists, kindly provide us with the following information:
