The label generating functionality doesn’t seem to be working. When I click “Create Shipment”, it just refreshes the page.

We noticed that you have not filled in the shipper address details in the plugin settings. Please note that these fields are required to be filled for printing labels.
Once you fill that, the problem will subside. Following are the shipper address fields that are present in the plugin settings:
