Installation Error: “Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class USPS_WooCommerce_Shipping”

While installing the WooCommerce USPS shipping plugin, I receive this error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class USPS_WooCommerce_Shipping in /home/cockybastard/public_html/wp-content/plugins/usps-woocommerce-shipping/usps-woocommerce-shipping.php on line 23

We request you to install the latest version of the plugin by logging onto elextensions.com -> My Accounts.

Once you install the plugin, you should not get this error.
