I’m getting this error: “The Postal Service could not locate the tracking information

I’m getting this error: “The Postal Service could not locate the tracking information for your request. Please verify your tracking number and try again later.”

I do have an account and API setup with USPS. Do you know what might be going on?


Customer:

The issue is resolved as the tracking number just took a few minutes to go through..

Usually, the tracking number take some time to show up because of some time lag.
