We hope you were successful in setting up the FedEx plugin. For any help on setup of the plugin, you can refer the article.
Once you are do the following :
1. Enable the debug option from the settings tab and try debugging the transaction by analyzing the request and response. For more information on debugging, kindly go through our article.
2. To compare the rates with the rates returned from FedEx, kindly go tor and calculate the rate.
On performing these things, if the problem persists, kindly create a support ticket with the following details :
