From your question, we can make out that you want to use Negotiated Rates (applicable for your UPS account).
Using our UPS shipping plugin, you can definitely use this feature. We have an option called “Negotiated Rates” in plugin settings. Activate it, and the displayed rates will be account-specific rates!
