Our client wants to add the Tracking Code directly on the mail that the consumer receive

Customer :

We already have bought your Fedex plugin a few weeks ago.
Now, our client wants to add the Tracking Code directly on the mail that the consumer receive. Is it possible to do that?

From what I saw on your FAQ it seems possible only with the Stamps plugin, but is it compatible with Fedex?


Support :

Once the order is completed, an order completion mail is sent to the customer.

The order completion email is a default feature of WooCommerce. Our Plugin just adds tracking information to it.

So when the order completion email is sent to the customer, the customer will get order information along with the tracking number.

This feature is available with our all plugins.


Customer :

The plugin seems working, but our customers are telling us there’s no tracking code in the email they receive.

Is there something to set into the Fedex Plugin’s settings?

Kindly make sure that the tracking pin option is enabled in the plugin settings.

Also, make sure you are using the latest version of the Plugin.
