When I click on “Create Shipment”, it does not bring me to the print label. The Print Label button does not appear.


Support:

We see that you are getting Authentication error:

Solution :

You need to get additional authorization to print label in the Live environment.

Advanced Services Authorization to use Print Label feature

  • You need to contact FedEx with the sample label generated using Test Account details. 
  • Please follow Certification Guidelines to get Advanced Services for printing the labels.
