How do I cancel a shipment once it’s been initiated?

I have your UPS, USPS and Fedex plugins with labels. How do I cancel a shipment once it’s been initiated?


Support :

You can easily cancel the shipment by using the buttons below:

1. For UPS and FedEx, kindly click on “Void Shipment” button in the individual order page to cancel the shipments.

2. For USPS, you have to reset the labels by using the button “Reset The Labels” in the individual order page.
