How to Invoice

An invoice is sent to avoid any arguments in future regarding payment.

WooCommerce PDF Invoice and Packing Slip plugin by Xadapter offers you the feature to either allow or avoid payment method from appearing on the invoice.

Installation of the Plugin

After purchasing the Print Invoice, Packing Slip, Delivery Note & Label Plugin for WooCommerce, the plugin will be available as a zip file in the API Downloads section of your MY ACCOUNT page.

  1. Download the zip file from API Downloads by logging into your XAdapter MY ACCOUNTS page.
  2. Log in as the WordPress Admin of your online store.
  3. Navigate downloaded plugin.
  4. Choose the plugin file to upload.
  5. Finally, activate the plugin.

Adding Payment Method to Invoice

By following the step by step method given below, you will be able tore.

Step 1- Go to the Invoice/ Packing List menu on your WordPress dashboard. Here is the screenshot of the opening page.generating pdf invoice in your e-commerce website

Step 2- Enable invoice by selecting the checkbox.

Step 3

  • Choose a standard template and customize it if you wish.
  • Attach PDF to the email by selecting the checkbox.
  • Provide order status(es) on which invoices should be generated.
  • Select the checkbox if you want order number and invoice number to be the same.

Step 4- Select the checkbox to add payment information in the invoice as you can see in the screenshot shown below.
