My vendors are able to print pdf invoices, packing slip, and are able to mark something as shipped in their orders however they cannot actually print a shipping label. I have my WebToolsID filled out and everything else so I don’t know why they don’t have that ability.

Only WordPress Admin users can print labels, and for USPS you’ll need to print labels,
