I bought the UPS one, which didn’t work. Then I bought the USPS one and requested a refund for the first. I’ve received no response at all on my inquiries and the link to see the update on the inquiry doesn’t work either after installation and I sent another inquiry for help with that, to which I’ve received no response. SMH
Have you raised a ticket for the usps and ups plugins? If so you will get a response soon, if you haven’t heard from us for the past 24 hours please do provide the ticket number for the request you have raised.
