I used the plugin to EXPORT users from our existing site and am trying to IMPORT it to the dev new site. But when I click on IMPORT I get an empty screen. The WP Dashboard is there but the content area is solid grey. If I click on Tool>Import there is an option for “WordPress User/Customers (CSV)” which I assume is this, but when I click that….same thing, blank grey content area.

How do I get to import this file?
