      I’ve been trying out the free version of PEIPFW and it had been working great. I first installed, exported my small list of simple products just fine. I then built a much larger CSV with simple products (about 100 products) to import and imported those fine. Just tonight I’ve tried exporting the products again, and the CSV file doesn’t have anything recognizable in it. I tried skipping the first 100 products, and the CSV file was smaller but still contains nothing recognizable, just what appears to be garbage.

      Any thoughts on what to try to resolve?

      Hi Khigbee,

      Kindly check whether your csv is UTF-8 enabled.
      If not, then please convert it into it and then import using that csv.
