thank you very much for your response. I already have the latest version installed, deactivated and activated the plugin; but with no luck.
The plugin is working fine in the single site environment, but in the multi site env the product import/export tab and the settings tab cannot be opened.
Unfortunately the plugin is kind of worthless for me, if it does not work with the multi site environment :(.
Do you have any other suggestions, or should I raise a request?
