      I have a multi site environment running with two woocommerce sites, that are making use of the same products. Unfortunately I am not able to access the import/export tab for products. When I open /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wf_woocommerce_csv_im_ex, I receive the wordpress system notification, that I don’t have the rights to visit this page, even if I am the super admin. Same with the settings tab.

      Only the product ratings tab is working (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wf_pr_rev_csv_im_ex).

      I am using the latest versions of WooCommerce and WordPress.

      Hello Niklas,

      Please let us know which version of our Product Import Export plugin you are using.
      Our latest version of this plugin is 3.2.1 updated on 11/04/2017
      if you have not yet updated the plugin, please do an update and check it.

      Hi Veeresh,

      thank you very much for your response. I already have the latest version installed, deactivated and activated the plugin; but with no luck.
      The plugin is working fine in the single site environment, but in the multi site env the product import/export tab and the settings tab cannot be opened.

      Unfortunately the plugin is kind of worthless for me, if it does not work with the multi site environment :(.
      Do you have any other suggestions, or should I raise a request?

      Hello Niklas,

      Our Product import export plugin also support Multisite and works fine.
      Ideally, following steps should resolve the issue,
      – Install WooCommerce & Our product import export plugin in the Network level (DONT Activate)
      – Activate WooCommerce & Our Product Import export plugin at the Individual site level.
      Let us know if the issue persists.
