      A customer buys 3 of an item, and the shipping is multiplied x 3. This creates a huge over charge for shipping, and sales are lost. How do I get a more accurate shipping charge?

      Hello Amy,

      If the shipping charge is showing multiplied by quantity in cart then the packing system selected will be “Pack item individually”.

      Please see the attached screenshot of FedEx Packing Settings. Please change it accordingly.

      If you like to a single box, you can select box packing option.

      Yes, these advanced parcel packing methods are available only in the premium version of the plugin.
