      Hello,

I just installed the premium version & set everything up just fine.

I made a test transaction on my site & the fullfilled my “test” order & generated the label within Woocommerce/WordPress site. It gave me the shipping label & updated the order with the tracking number! Awesome!

BUT how was a charged for the shipping label that was created? I don’t see any of my bank accounts/cards with the payment for the shipping label that was generated.

      Hi Jared,

You are using our USPS plugin.

For the USPS plugin , you have to pay for the postage manually at the USPS office.

      Hope that answered your query.

      Regards,

      Nea

      Hi,

      Apologies for the late reply.

Yes these are valid labels but they have to be paid for manually in the post office.
We have many customers who use the labels and pay manually at the post office.

Let us know if you have any query.

      Hi Adnan,

Usually the postage charges is paid manually using the USPS plugin, unless you’re using a different plugin like stamps or easy post. But again we really can’t be sure about it. Could you please give us a confirmation on this.

Also raise a ticket in xadapter support with the USPS message saying that it will deduct the postage using your credit card, Please blurr out the card number.

We can approach the USPS team if they had changed the policy.

      Regards,
      Lorenzo
