Hello, I also posted this in the wordpress.org website, but I am also posting here as I need a solution as soon as possible.

Since I updated your plugin to the newest version I am unable to use it. I used to have it set to manually be able to enter the weight and box dimensions, click “create shipment” and it would work great.

With the new update, I am super frustrated. I tried to create a shipment, put in my weight and dimensions, and got the following error code. “Fedex Create Shipment Error: Following product dimensions cannot be packed. Please configure correct box dimenions, Or set Individually/Weight based as parcel packing method.” I realized the setting was changed to try and pack boxes automatically so I went and changed the parcel packing method to “pack items individually”. After I did this I went to an order where I sold 1 item and tried to type in the weight and the dimensions of the box. I had some very weird error code.

I also got the error message “Warning: array_values() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/fedex-woocommerce-shipping/includes/class-wf-fedex-woocommerce-shipping-admin-helper.php on line 982

I went through my products and they all have the shipping weight, size, tarriff code, etc. and couldn’t resolve the problem.

When I went into another order where I sold 14 items (thinking I could pack them myself into a single box), went to generate a shipment, and your plugin came up with 14 different shipments. I have screenshots of these issues, if you wanted to see them. Another issue is I have no way to get rid of the 14 shipments, no delete button, no void button, no going back.

All I want to do is be able to type in the weight and dimensions of a box and have your plugin print the shipping label like it used to do, are you able to fix this issue and let me have that option again?
